Well, both (!) the proposals I submitted for the Blender Conference 2004 were accepted. Yay! Looks like I’ve got a fair bit of work to do now before October, though. Check out the Conference Program.

Excelent! I’ll be looking forward to the UI seminars and roundtable discussions.
PS
It’s looking like 2004 is going to be the best year ever to be a Blender user. In early ’04 we got raytracing, now we are getting much improved modeling, undo, structured interface etc. If the animation system also sees some care we could end up with an extremely capable, well-balanced system IMO. Nice.
Yeah, there’s still a fair bit of preparation work to do for the presentation, but hopefully it should go ok (hopefully)!
I totally agree with you about what’s been happening to Blender these days, it’s astounding, and very very exciting indeed.
I’ll be joining the conference for the first time too. I hope to take a glimpse in your world guys and perhaps pick up some magic
Excellent! Be sure to make your self known, I’d love to have a chat
Im not going to be able to make it this year either
It always this time of year when work picks-up. But If your passing through stockholm on your tour, and up for a pint send me a mail and I would be more than happy to show you a swedish watering hole
